Batman and Catwoman from the TV series hold special significance for me. Their scenes together, at times, pushed the boundaries of children’s TV. The adults got it and it was all in good fun and subtle innuendo. For me, Julie Newmar and Adam West will always be the inimitable cultural icons that deserve adulation.
